Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide high-quality Mental Health Services to young people through Sports Based Youth Development Programs. We aim to integrate the latest neuroscience and sympathetic nervous system research into our programs, while offering unique education opportunities, interactive activities, and a trauma-informed network of Coaches and Trainers.
Our goal is to enrich our youth coaches so they can empower our young athletes with the tools they need to achieve mental and emotional well-being, and to build resilience and self-confidence that will serve them throughout their lives.

Our vision is a world in which every young person has access to the Mental Health Services they need to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.
We see a future where Sports Based Youth Development Programs are an integral part of the Mental Health Services landscape, providing young people with the support they need to overcome trauma and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.
We envision a world where our unique approach, rooted in the latest neuroscience and sympathetic nervous system research, is recognized as a leading model for emphasizing Mental Health in Sports Based Youth Development Programs.

Empowering Coaches, Athletes, & Parents w/ cutting edge techniques backed by latest Neuroscience Research on Brain & Nervous System Regulation, so that they can show up to performances in an authentic & embodied way.

A collection of Coaches, Trainers, & Mentors, that have decided to prioritize their own Mental Health, & the Mental Health of their Athletes while they pursue success in Sports.

We help unlock a Coach’s or Athlete’s true potential by demonstrating the breakthrough power of Relationships, Repetition, & Rhythm in regulating the Brain & Nervous Systems, so that they can perform without mental blocks.

Training the brain and nervous system can help athletes cope with stress and anxiety, which are common in high-pressure sports situations.
By coaching an athlete’s brain, mind, and nervous system it can improve their overall performance by enhancing their focus, decision-making, and emotional regulation in those high pressure moments.
By focusing on these aspects, athletes can also develop better self-awareness and control over their thoughts and emotions, which can contribute to better mental health and well-being.
An athlete’s mindset and emotional state are just as important as their physical abilities, and training the brain and nervous system can help maximize their potential in both areas.
